Mr. Ferrer’s extensive commercial design experience covers a vast array of office buildings, including airplane hangars, retail/commercial buildings, banks, schools, warehouse/ maintenance facilities, concession buildings and sheds in public parks. His residential building expertise includes the design and calculation of foundations, columns, beams and headers, slabs, floor and roof trusses, truss layouts, building sections, floor plans and the development of numerous special details as requested. Designing roof and exterior wall systems, both for residential and commercial clients, is one of his special talents.
